- Effectively removes unpleasant perspiration odors from smelly sports shoes

After using the sports shoes, the perspiration dries out, but an acid remains. This so-called butyric acid continuously produces odor molecules, which are mainly active when the shoes are worn and become warm and damp.
In other words, each time you put the shoes on they start smelling worse. So if you do nothing, the smell from the smelly sports shoes only gets worse.
Complete the following steps to use HG detergent against smelly sports shoes:
- Add approximately 250 grams (half the jar) of HG detergent against smelly sports shoes to the main detergent tray.
- Preferably, place the shoes in a special wash bag for shoes and put the bag in the washing machine.
- Set the main programme of your washing machine at 50C (if this is not possible, set it at 40C). Then select a normal spin speed.
- If possible, select adding extra water during washing/rinsing.
- After washing dry them in the tumble-drier. The shoes could also be dried normally of course.
- If possible, set the drier to a fixed time programme of at least one hour, as an automatic programme might not dry the shoes enough
