Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop of Amix™ CarboJet™ Gain (50 g) with 200 - 250 ml of low-fat milk or water. Use hand-held shaker, mix for about 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily, depending on the daily need of carbohydrates and proteins.
