BCAA Flash Zero by BioTech USA is an amino acid supplement in powder form. It can be used in all training phases and by athletes of all sports, whether male or female athletes. BioTech USA has limited itself to the essential elements of an amino acid product, so the powder is free of gluten, lactose, aspartame, carbohydrates, preservatives, and sugars (as sweetener Stevia was used). The important, essential BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) are in the proven ratio of 2: 1: 1 with a total of 6g per 9g serving included, in addition still L-glutamine is added with 1g and vitamin B6. Per serving (9g) BCAA Flash Zero are therefore 7g protein included. BCAAs are involved in muscle building and regeneration, as well as many other bodily functions, and must be absorbed through food and/or supplements.
