Recommended dosage:

Mix 3 scoops of CarboJet™ MASS (100 g) with 300 - 350 ml of low fat milk or water. Use hand held shaker Amix™, mix for about 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily, depending on daily need of carbohydrates and proteins.
