Hardwood power cleaner removes the most stubborn deposits

This very special and highly concentrated hardwood power cleaner is suitable for removing very stubborn stains caused by weather and other deposits on hardwood garden furniture, patios, duckboards, fences, and pergolas.

Our hardwood power cleaner is also very suitable as a pre-treatment for HG hardwood color renovator, HG hardwood restorer, and HG teak and other hardwood restorers. During the outdoor season, a diluted form of HG hardwood power cleaner is ideal for regularly cleaning your hardwood garden furniture.

How do you use HG hardwood power cleaner?

Different methods can be used depending on the type of cleaning.  

For intensive cleaning:

1. Dilute 1 liter of HG hardwood power cleaner with 4 liters of water (1:4) in a bucket. 
2. Apply the hardwood power cleaner with a sponge, brush or broom. 
3. Scrub with a brush or stiff broom with the wood grain. 
4. Leave to work for a few minutes and make sure it does not dry out. If necessary, use more of the prepared solution. 
5. For a thick layer or stubborn dirt, HG hardwood power cleaner can be used undiluted in accordance with the above instructions.

For regular cleaning or maintenance:

1. Dilute 100ml of HG hardwood power cleaner with 5 liters of water (1:50) in a bucket.
2. Apply the hardwood power cleaner with a sponge, brush or broom.
3. Then wipe off the hardwood using a sponge or cloth.

For cleaning whilst retaining the grey look (patina):

1. Dilute 100ml of HG hardwood power cleaner with 5 liters of water (1:50) in a bucket. 
2. Apply the hardwood power cleaner solution with a sponge, brush or broom. 
3. Scrub with a brush or stiff broom with the wood grain.
4. Rinse off the solution with plenty of water.
