Ival Invest Ltd. - Warranty conditions
Warranty
The products offered by Ival Invest Ltd., to which they apply, benefit from a warranty of the month, according to the Bulgarian legislation and the commercial policy of the manufacturer.
Each item with a warranty period is sent to the customer with a warranty card issued by Ival Invest Ltd. or an original manufacturer's warranty card, which states:
address and telephone of authorized repairers the warranty conditions of the respective service centers or manufacturers the warranty period of the purchased goodsIn case of damage to a product with a warranty card of Ival Invest Ltd. within the warranty period, the product is sent (or deposited) to the office of Ival Invest Ltd. After the damage has been rectified, the product is returned to the customer at the expense of Ival Invest Ltd. The return is via a courier.
For warranty card products from the manufacturer, the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer or authorized service centers are valid. Service centers only accept products with original warranty cards that have received the product. In addition to the warranty card, a valid payment document is required to qualify for the guarantee.
The client is required to keep all documents and packaging accompanying the goods.
Terms of DeliveryDeliveries are made with Econt to the customer's address or courier office. Fees are based on the courier's current rates and are charged to the customer.
