Extract of the rhizomes of the Wild Yam, Dioscorea Villosa. Wild Yam extract contains glycoside and steroidal saponins, diosgenin, alkaloids, tannins, phytosterols, and starch.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 capsules daily before a workout. During non-working days take 1 capsule in the morning with a meal.
