Chitosan is a dietary fiber, isolated from crustacean shells. The product also contains chromium that contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. The product is designed especially for pro-active people.
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, approx. 20 minutes before a meal, drinking with a large amount of water (min. 1 glass of water). The product is recommended for adults as a food supplement.
