An original and versatile fitness water bag for exercising the whole body (core, legs, arms, etc.) through practicing strength and balance exercises. This multi-position, highly-resistant and double welded bag has 4 bi-directional (vertical and horizontal) vinyl handles covered with polyester. The inflatable, portable, compact and lightweight design makes it easy to transport and store. When deflated, it can be folded so that it takes up the minimum amount of storage space.
